Hi!  My name is Chrystle Cousins. 

I am a graduate from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy (2012) and am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.   I am also a proud professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). 

 

I received training in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Massage (Trigger Point Therapy), Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Chair Massage and Reflexology.

 

I also had the distinct honor of attending Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp where I was able to perform Sports Massage for some of the players attending camp. 

 

I was born and raised in Canada and have been living in North Central Pennsylvania since June 2001. 

In addition to massage, I also hold a full time job as a 911 Dispatcher.  I also proudly serve the community as an E.M.T. and volunteer firefighter.
